Which computer repair service should i go to for my desktop?

I have a Compaq desktop which i want to be checked up and upgrade with….Which repair service should I go to?
Is bestbuy’s GeekSquad reliable? Or maybe CircuitCity’s Firedog..? if both arent good enough,what other service is best?

I am on a single line. The computer can get out but two different hand sets on two diferent jacks cannot. I have tried disconnections but no luck. I am located in IL north of Chicago, AC 847.
