I got a interview with this company thats looking for aPC / Network Support Technician. I was hoping to learn as much as possible before the interview. Any suggestions? i'm good with troubleshooting and i know how to build a computer and do upgrades. heres the jobs descriptions on the job. thank you
Our client is a company with offices in NYC and NJ.
Company is looking for an Entry- Level Network Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
Respond to calls for assistance from first level technical
support engineers, provide expert assistance in evaluating,
diagnosing, isolating, and repairing PC/ Network issues.
Document issues by creating and/or contributing technical content to
case logs.
Notify management on product issues arising from product problems identified through technical support calls with customers.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills,
knowledge of Windows Network operating systems, etc.
