Im a self employed computer technician that has been in the field for a couple of years. Since late 2001 . I have work on countless computer over the years. I don’t sell computer parts and don’t recommend you to anyone but your local computer stores such as Staples,BestBuy , RadioShack or online retailers that provide the best value for the products in question . .

In this case we could not be held responsible for any issue occuring due to our services . We do our best to correct the problems. But sometimes cleaning your computer files and registry could be risky and sometimes leave your machine non bootable. Meaning a Technician has to be at your location to correct the problem unless willing to work with technician over the phone to correct the problem only if repair is possible .

Thirty5tech Drop Off Service is one of the best services I offer to everyone that is able to bring their computer over to my location. This service is what got me started and help me expand to other users around the city . This drop off service is a good way to get your computer repair if you are in a budget or have no cash. Yes that right 
I offer my service for free if you not able to pay to have it repair. I have been offering this service since I first started and have help me a lot of attracting new clients in new area in the city helping me expand my service to more areas .
My Drop Off service is pretty simple. With this service you have the flaxibility of bring your computer over to my location to when ever is convinience for you . You are always welcome to wait as I work on your computer or you could pick up later if you like when ever you like . All work done on your computer will be treated the same way I treat my computer. I do my best to help troubleshoot the problem and help diagnose the problem as fastr as possible. All work done by me will have the same security utility I use on my computer install on it . Giving you a piece of mind knowing you are using the best security software that thirty5tech uses on their computer .
Remember this . Thirty5tech is the only place where I will repair your computer free of charge if you can’t afford it. Even though I offer the service for free to those that can’t afford it. I could not offer the parts for free. Which I dont sell any way . If your computer need a hardware replacement. Then it will be upto the client to get the hardware that need replacement. Thirty5tech Does not sell any computer parts or replacement. However, If we have any used parts around we will gladly install it free of charge ,
Note to all Customers who drop off computer at my location. You have 30 days from time your computer is repair to pick up. Failing to do so will require me to donate your computer to salvation army. However , If you contact me about your computer or need to leave it here for more then 30 days. Please call us and let us know.
