Is This Resume Alright? Format Is Messed Up But Let Me Know Wassup?

I was recommended by my manager to take his position as manager…and i barely been working for about 5 months at my first job at sears….so my resume will be short ya know? so tell me if this would pass because its a pretty big raise and im not sure anybody else has applied yet…but im real familiar with this job and my manager said he was going to put a word in for me.

I am a Sales Associate in the Parts and Services Department. My job consists of looking up and ordering customer parts. I also am responsible for receiving UPS and shipping packages off. After getting UPS, I’m required to DTR it in the book and clear the parts in Lawson. I take in customers merchandise in for repair and make sure; I got every detail on why the product is not working properly. I then forward the service order request to our technicians. When receiving the customers merchandise back to the unit, I make sure nothing was damaged during the transportation process. I also figure the total cost of the repair and complete the order in the computer. Following the completion process (CP) I contact the sears customer and let them know the cost and what work has been done on their product. When customers come and pick up their item, I offer to assist my customers by loading the item in their vehicle. I frequently do inventory and clean up around the store when necessary. I answer the phone and assist the customers to, fulfill their needs in the best way possible. I also do the daily reports, feedback, payroll and deposits. I track down any packages that our customers may have questions about and give them information on why it might be back ordered. When my customers purchase a reconditioned item, I inform them on our wonderful Protection Agreement on that very item. I thank each customer for stopping by and shopping at Sears.
