so how do i go about advertising a new computer repair buisness?

i just ordered some new buisness cards and i plan on starting a new on site computer repair buisness. the problem is that you could be the best but if no one knows about you…you’ll never get any buisness. so i was wondering how do i go about getting some good advertising without breaking the bank. Any good ideas would be awesome. i’ll read anything.
